CarDon & Associates

OUR BACKGROUND

Carroll and Donna Moore started CarDon & Associates in 1977 when they opened the first CarDon community in Indiana. Since then, we have grown to own, operate or manage 21 senior living communities in the Midwest.

Our vision is to provide residents and families with the greatest standard of senior living options and personalized care in engaging, welcoming and conveniently located communities. We are family-centered in all that we do and we are focused on fostering the well being of residents in physically, spiritually and emotionally healthy environments. CarDon & Associates is headquartered in Bloomington, Ind.

With 21 communities owned, operated or managed in the Midwest and more than 40 years of senior-living experience, CarDon & Associates provides residents—our family—with the best senior living options and personalized care.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are committed to building upon Cedar Village’s rich history and reputation for providing an unparalleled environment for residents, families, patients and employees. From our skilled nurses to our cooking team and our life enrichment associates, we will operate Cedar Village as a family-first senior living community and care deeply for everyone who calls Cedar Village home.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Our leadership team continues to build upon the quality standards established by Carroll and Donna Moore more than four decades ago. As a family-centered, family-run organization, we do whatever we can to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. Everything we could imagine and hope for our own family members, we are committed to providing for you and your family.
